The National DBA Society CDBAP® Credential Is Offered Exclusively to Our Members. Enrollment in The Program is not included in the Cost of Membership.
The Certified Doctor of Business Administration Practitioner "CDBAP®" is designed to identify you as a Doctor of Business Administration Registered in The National D.B.A. Society database and your commitment to Continuing Education.
Successful completion of CDBAP® Orientation is required. We will email you a lnk. Upon completion, The Prestigious CDBAP® Credential will be awarded to you. You name will be placed in The CDBAP® National Registry for verification purposes.
The Certified Labor Union Mitigationist CLUM® is a professional who has completed a training and certification program in the field of labor relations. A CLUM® is qualified to handle various aspects of labor relations, such as bargaining, contract administration, union avoidance, and dispute resolution.
Labor Relations- the study of the interactions and conflicts between employers and employees, especially in unionized settings.
Collective Bargaining- the process of negotiating the terms and conditions of employment between a group of workers and their employer, usually through a union representative.
Labor Law- the legal framework that regulates the rights and obligations of workers, unions, and employers, both in the public and private sectors
Labor History - the historical development and evolution of the labor movement, its achievements, challenges, and struggles
Labor Issues - the current and emerging trends, problems, and opportunities that affect workers, unions, and employers in various sectors and regions.
Contract Administration - the implementation and enforcement of the collective bargaining agreement, including the resolution of grievances and disputes.
Labor Economics - the analysis of the supply and demand of labor, the determinants of wages, the effects of labor policies, and the role of unions in the labor market
Labor Organizing - the strategies and tactics of forming, joining, and expanding unions, as well as the challenges.
Labor Communication - the skills and techniques of effective communication within and outside the union, such as persuasion, negotiation, advocacy, and media relations
Labor Leadership- the principles and practices of leading and managing a union, such as vision, strategy, decision-making, delegation, motivation, and conflict resolution.
